Warranty Coverage
New Containers:
- New containers purchased from Schneider Containers come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers defects in structural integrity, including the frame, doors, walls, and floors, as well as any manufacturing defects that may impact normal usage.
Used Containers:
- Used containers are covered by a 10-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers significant structural defects or issues not present at the time of sale that affect the container’s ability to function for storage or transport.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, such as minor rust, dents, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity of the container.
- Damage caused by improper use, handling, or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Schneider Containers.
- Damages caused during transportation by third-party carriers not arranged by Schneider Containers.
